I placed my order 2 weeks ago, received the shipping email a couple days later, and have yet to receive it. Tracking says it never even made it to usps. Attempts to email and Facebook message have not been answered.

I buy ornaments every year to earmark a special thing that the grandchildren have done during the year. (ex. starting kindergarten, hobbies, special "firsts" and accomplishments like potty training, riding bikes, etc.). For the individual families, I find ornaments that have the number of people in their family and even add pets. This year I got them ones that have everyone wearing face masks. Those will be memorable in years to come!

I buy ornaments from personalized free every year. My family loves the ornaments they get, and look forward to putting them on the tree each year. They've always done a great job making the ornaments look nice and spelling names exactly as I have.

I have been ordering my children's Christmas ornaments here for years and they're always done perfectly and shipped out quickly. They even called me this year to clarify the wording on one of the ornaments and then text me a picture of the finished product to make sure it was the way I wanted it. Wouldn't order my personalized ornaments from anywhere else!

I received the Covid 19 Christmas ornament with 4 family names and a dog and I have to say I absolutely love it - my son and his family had so much of their lives turned upside down like so many others with this pandemic, I thought it would be a reminder for years to come of the pandemic that put their lives in a spin. It is so cute, the names are clear and colors are vivid.
