Phillip and Jonathan are excellent. I’ve Been booking holidays with them for some time now and always go above and beyond, their customer service is fabulous, nothing is to much bother and they will do anything to help.
Phil and Jonathan have taken care of our bespoke travels for years. We tend to go to the best resorts in the world. They always push the envelop in terms of finding the best new places and ensuring our end-to-end experience is outstanding. They are also always on stand-by while we are away to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We have dealt with Phil previously and more recently for our most recent holiday, he has previously and continues to be, our point of contact for holiday bookings. These guys are a pleasure to book through. Very good knowledge of the industry and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. Thankyou for the booking experience and making it seemless. Along with all the reassurance and tips for our first holiday as a 3.

Phil and Jonathan are brilliant, they are extremely knowledgable and listen carefully to what you are after, they then know exactly what trip/accommodation to recommend to suit your budget. They organise everything and the whole thing is seamless. It gives you great peace of mind when you are away. We have used them for a variety of trips and every time they have created a holiday that has exceeded our expectations, highly recommend them both.

I have used Phillip (and now Jonathan) to book a number of trips for our family over the past few years. My absolute favourite was a safari holiday in Kenya. The service has been great and they are always available to help sort any issues - last January we had to get home quickly from S Africa in an emergency situation and Phillip went above and beyond to help and find us new flights.
