I ordered a Will Kit
I ordered a Will Kit, and it was delivered in a very timely manner. I read all the information in the kit and followed the instructions provided. It took me a bit of time to complete it, as some of the legal wordings were unfamiliar to me, but I did complete it and I am very happy with the final results. I appreciated getting this Will Kit because it really saved me a lot of LEGAL Fees that would have been charged if I had gone to a Lawyer. Thank you for sending me this Will Kit....Jo-Anne

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this — I’m really glad to hear your Will Kit arrived quickly and that the instructions helped you work through everything at your own pace. It’s completely normal for some of the legal wording to feel unfamiliar at first, but it sounds like you did an excellent job navigating it and creating a final document you feel confident about.
We’re delighted the kit helped you avoid unnecessary legal fees and made the process more approachable. If you ever have questions as you continue organizing your documents, we’re always here to help.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m glad the product worked for you, though I’m sorry to hear you felt the price didn’t reflect the value.
It may help to know that our service isn’t just a basic kit — it uses the same structure and legal framework that lawyers rely on, while allowing you to fully customize your Will with your own instructions. Many people choose our platform because it provides a comprehensive, lawyer‑grade document at a fraction of the cost of having a Will prepared through a law office.
I was not disappointed in receiving my package. Two thumbs up!
Communication was key to my purchase. I was notified by email when processed and when sent out, enabling me to track package on my own. How refreshing to come across a company who ticks all the boxes in efficiency, care and products. Items were certainly not expensive. Thank you

When making a will this kit is the first thing to consider
The will kit is a must if anyone doesn't have a will. It is easy to read and emphasizes the consequences of not having a will. It assists the user in keeping the will simple and the process needed to make it legal. The do's and don'ts in the kit are also very helpful in getting this important task completed.

Such a great company to deal with in this era of zero customer support! They were so responsive & helpful during the postal strike. They used a very expensive courier to deliver my will kit. The kit itself is very professional & comprehensive. I highly recommend this company (something I don't do very often these days).
