I had expected to get a version I could put on my computer and be able to enter the info on the document not to do it in hand written script.
Very disappointed I can't enter info electronically.
I am requesting a version that allows me to do that at no further cost to me.
This is 2024 not 1900
Sorry to be nagitive but

Resposta da PersonalWillKit.ca
Hi Doug, this is the very nature of the Will kit. It is designed to be used without a computer or software. We try to make this absolutely clear on the website. If you need a software enabled solution, we would recommend that you use a service like LegalWills.ca. You can contact us for a refund of the Will kit, and then use the payment to order the Will service at LegalWills.ca.
Great updates of tracking my order

I have checked and you have ordered two and two were sent to you. We have contacted you directly to confirm the address. Neither delivery was returned to us, but we will send out a replacement as soon as we receive confirmation of the address from you. Best wishes.
Update: We have received the kits back to us. You did not provide a unit number on either of the orders. We will contact you directly to get the full address from you. Best wishes.

This is a very organized, necessary tool. Straight forward, user friendly. Glad I found them.

Will Kit
Yes, I think the literature explaining is very good but for me if the Affidavit of Witness form had been included I would have been very pleased.
As all of the other forms are straight forward and the price is excellent. Also, what I like about this kit it does not get onto your computer so someone down the road may hack it.
