An excellent shopping experience all round. Living in the Far North of Scotland, I practically live in wellies (even in the summer) and when my old ones sprung a leak, I needed a new pair reasonably quickly. I came across Pet & Country, ordered a new pair of Hunters at a bargain price and received them within a few days. Excellent customer service in the midst of a global pandemic! I would highly recommend and will be a return customer.

Website easy to use. Ordered late Monday evening, dispatched Tuesday, arrived Thursday as informed. I ordered enough to get free delivery. Very satisfied.

Ordered 2 boxes of Whimzee toothbrushes but only received 1. Had to contact them, they said they didn't have anymore so would refund me straight away. A week later still no refund. Called them again they said it was stuck in the system & they would sort it out straight away. Still not been refunded weeks later & have now had to open a case against them via paypal of which they still haven't responded to.
Absolutely disgusted with their customer services. I do not recommend these at all & will not be using them again. Worst company I have dealt with even in this current climate!!

Ordered three dog life jackets.
They all arrive covered in mold, the smell from the box upon opening was not what you expected when opening an order of new items.
