Excellent customer service throughout. The one on one tour was informative and inspiring. I loved learning about the provenance of some of the vintage stock in particular. Everything in the wharehouse is well organised and nicely presented, considering the volume. I left with what I went for, some gorgeous ribbons, plus a few extras.

Excellent customer service. Brilliant products which were delivered super quickly. Everything arrived very well packaged with a helpful paper invoice included. I ordered more than I needed to ensure I had the right shape and colour so the very helpful returns service was another reason why I would highly recommend.

OMG This place is an absolute Gem i…
OMG This place is an absolute Gem i could have spent hours changing my mind buying up most of the shop and chatting to the wonderful staff . On the subject of staff everyone is so helpful and i mean really helpful but without feeling pushed they are very experienced and can offer lots of ideas and technical expertise if you dont have a clue like me. I drove for 2 hours to get there and another 2 hours back but i am more than happy to have such a mood enhancing experience!

First time ordering from this company& wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Packed very nicely with tissue paper and bubble wrap. The feathers etc are of great quality for the price paid. Very delighted.
