NO STARS......I HAD MY DOG DNA TESTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY RETURNED THE COMPLETELY WRONG RESULTS, AS I HAD THE SAME DOG DNA TESTED WITH ANOTHER VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY LABOKLIN AND THE RESULTS WITH THEM CAME BACK TOTALLY DIFFERENT AS I HAD THEM RE- CHECKED AGAIN TWICE. PET GENETICS LAB DNA TEST RESULTS WHERE WRONG AS HAS BEEN CONTINUALLY INCONSISTENT WITH THIS INCOMPETENT AND TERRIBLE COMPANY.
THE KENNEL CLUB HAS STOPPED ACCEPTING THIS COMPANY'S TEST RESULTS AND WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE THEM DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENTS AND CONTINUAL UNRELIABILITY WITH THEIR RESULTS. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD GOT THEM WRONG THEY JUST IGNORED THE FACT THAT THEY HAD GOT THE RESULTS WRONG AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER, THEN IGNORED MY CORRESPONDENCE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ANIMALS.

I received results back on a dog I know is PRA clear. I know this as I bred the dog myself. Both mum and dad's testing are completely clear of everything, and both tested by pet genetics.. so either they have messed up mum or dad's, or the offsprings... either way, they have messed one of them up, which ould have serious consequences for breeders.. I could be producing pups you think are clear but are not, or vise versa..

I had one email saying they would look onto this, and not heard back...
I have sent multiple emails and no reply, asked for a call also..
I have wasted £200 on a test and I know this is a clear dog.
It's shocking, as I really liked this company till this, I used it for all my dogs..
I will be going to a better company now.. laboklin
Still sending them emails to find out what's going on, and asking for refund due to false results. Not One returned email..

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Should not be allowed to continue testing. Inaccurate results and don't care about the health of dogs as long as they are making money. One moment you're dog is clear, next on a separate tests they are a carrier. Incredibly dangerous, and they know they will get away with it, as the magority of people are not going to find out from a single test. Results feel made up, do not trust this company. No wonder the kennel club stoped accepting their results. Breeders beware, use at your own expense.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This company is big scam that can't provide accurate results and will blame their customers (even if they have spent thousands with them) when 2 Hereditary clear parents, tested from their own database have carrier puppies. They don't even have the decency to offer a retest. Everything is about money with them.
This is all very dangerous and should be banned in the world of dog breeding. Now every single one of our dogs must be retested. Dont even bother asking for a refund as they will just tell you to go use another company which must be more reliable, even they acknowledge this. Very unprofessional and bad costomers service. Please dont use this database, they are causing lots of issues with dog breeding and dont give a toss about the damage they cause.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have DNA tested the same dog on two different occasions for PRA/PRCD (once as a single test and later as part of the more general package testing). First time it was a clear result and the next time she came back a carrier. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake with NO apology, explanation or indeed compensation. They refuse to pay any attention to the initial test as it was carried out too long ago. NOT a trustworthy company to deal with when we are all trying to do the best by our dogs and breed responsibly only to find we can't even trust the results they give us. VERY poor show and customer service ignoring me with asking for an explanation.
