Chuffed to bits with dog collar. However I had to ring to chase order up as I didn't receive a dispatch email as promised on their site. Infact my order arrived not long after my call and I still didn't receive the promised email. That aside the gentleman I spoke to was helpful and courteous and this will not put me off using them again.

I ordered a dog harness from Pet Runaway having looked at other websites and reviews, however my experience has been less than satisfactory. I placed the order on 31st July and as of today 13th August I still have not received my item despite receiving an email saying it had been shipped on the 5th and then receiving 2 emails this morning asking me to rate my recent purchase. What purchase! I shall think twice about using this site in future.
UPDATE - after an exchange of emails a replacement was sent out on 13th August which I duly received on the 14th. The product itself is very good, it's just a shame that the delivery let the whole experience down. I shall, however, use Pet runway in the future.

A very easy site to negotiate and found exactly what I wanted. Prices were reasonable and free postage great. Order was fulfilled and dispatched very quickly.

We ordered two diamanté dog collars to replace two shoddy ones from elsewhere. They arrived earlier than expected, well packed and were exactly what we wanted. The diamanté lettering was bold and substantial , the collars lovely shades of cerise and light pink and good quality. Expensive but exactly what we were looking for. Good company to deal with.

The dog bed I ordered from pet runway was excellent quality and good value for money. The item is of a tough material and comfortable too....

These dog beds are waterproof and comfy. Great price great quality.All the retired greyhounds are so happy and we are happy as they are indestructible as well. No more shredded duvets. Would certainly recommend to all my greyhound owners. I am now waiting for my 2 greys to want new beds so I can replace with these.
