Thank you to Adam the boss for his attention to detail in the seamless planning and organisation to make the return journey to our family's wedding a truly unique and luxurious experience for my special guest. Thank you also to the chauffeurs Nazar, Malik and Ray all carefully selected by Adam and whose courtesy, professionalism and attention to health and safety as integral to the luxury experience for my special guest was outstanding. It was thanks to Adam's exceptional knowledge of luxury cars and his choice of the Rolls Royce flagship model the phantom V111 that enabled my special guest to be able to attend the wedding at all, and to do so in the ultimate style, class and comfort that only luxury can bring and to make her feel like a Queen for the day. Thank you again to the whole team at Phantom Hire UK from myself and my special guest for making it a truly memorable day for us both and especially for her.

I booked 3 white Rolls Royce's for my son's wedding, from start to finish the service was amazing. I booked 5 Rolls-Royces from Phantom Car Hire for my sister's wedding, and unfortunately the experience was incredibly disappointing.

Before booking, I had several phone calls with the manager to discuss the cars. I specifically requested that the bride have the Rolls-Royce Phantom Series 8, and I repeated this multiple times. The manager agreed, recommended it as his best car, and assured me we would receive excellent service. During a later call, he mentioned that, for system purposes, he would list all five cars as Series 7, but reassured me that we both knew the bride would be getting the Series 8. Based on that conversation, I paid the deposit.

On the wedding day, things went wrong. When the cars arrived, I was told the Series 8 was actually for the groom. I called the manager, who completely denied our previous conversations and insisted we had only booked Series 7s because "that's what the system says." His attitude was dismissive and rude, despite this happening while the bride was standing outside waiting to leave.

Eventually they agreed to let us use the Series 8, but only after causing unnecessary stress and delaying the wedding. To make matters worse, they refused to let the bride get into the car until the remaining balance was paid. They even demanded the wrong amount and only accepted the correct balance after I showed my booking confirmation and the driver had to get approval from the manager.

What should have been a smooth, memorable part of my sister's wedding became one of the most stressful moments of the day. The drivers themselves were polite, but the manager's poor communication, refusal to honour what had been agreed over the phone, and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed the experience. I would not recommend this company.

I booked with this company for my son's prom ,we had a issue regarding our booking ,but after speaking and emailing with Geoff he resolved our issues immediately and professionally
