Excellent service, delivery within a couple of days and an easy to use website.
the website is easy to use and find the item you're after. Pricing is clear and precise. Delivery is to your door, all you have to do is pay online & post them your prescription. You don't have to speak to or see anyone.

FAST DELIEVERY
USED THE ONLINE PRESCRIPTION SERVICE TO ORDER SOME GOUT MEDICATION. IT WAS EXPENSIVE BUT QUICKER THAN TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE GP. BUT THE MEDICATION ITSELF WAS VERY CHEAP. DELIVERY WAS WITHIN THE PROMISED TIMESCALES

Delivery good, ordering not so.
A repeat prescription should surely be just that. Having to pay a full consultation fee for the second order is a bit steep. Yes some admin fee would be fine plus the cost of the drugs. It also necessitates completing all the details again, which should be stored centrally. Probably look elsewhere next time.

We are sorry that you feel that the charge for the doctor's prescription is excessive. Legally, we are not allowed to supply prescription only medicines without a valid prescription. The online consultation (which is free) must be completed each time as no medication can be prescribed indefinitely without a review of the patient's health. Our doctor must check your medical condition every time a medication is prescribed, the same as any other doctor. All of your details from your last consultation are indeed stored. You need only check that these are still accurate and change where necessary when you complete your consultation again. You do have the option to obtain a prescription from another doctor and send this to us by post. We trust that this fully explains the reasons for the doctor's prescription fee.

Very helpful, trustworthy and speedy service.
Very competitive product prices and a helpful consultation service, which although costs, allows you get what you need very quickly from home. Delivery is as quick as 2/3 days when prescriptions are posted to PharmacyDirectGB. Fantastic service and will be using them a lot.
