This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A literal joke. I purchased through Tik Tok shop the Boho Wicker Patio Furniture Sofa Set, 3 Seater, Outdoor Rattan Conversation Set on May 13. Once received I noticed a part to the set was missing so I messaged them and have been back and fourth with them since then. I have yet to receive the missing part, first it was supposed to arrive sometime late June then it went to July. After, I’ve had enough now they tell me it’s currently on a cargo ship still and hasn’t even REACHED the warehouse yet. This is so ridiculous! I don’t understand why you wouldn’t double check your packages before sending them out to paying customers and on top of that make them wait this long??? I have no idea when I’m going to receive my missing part or if it will ever be delivered. I can’t return it now because it had to be returned in its originally packaging. It’s been outside sitting on my deck for the past 3 months. I will never ever buy from them again! This is just such disgusting service on an over $300 item that I wanted to use for outside space and never ever even got the chance to.

Bought the eight table with chairs. We had a small problem with the table top being dented. One email to Customer Service and they shipped a new table out right away which we received two days later. we’ve had the table for a week and everything is great.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I purchased a garden umbrella, which was slightly delayed in being dispatched, but it eventually arrived. I then ordered the matching base, and that’s when the nightmare began.

After more than two weeks and 18 emails back and forth, I still don’t have the base. I was given tracking details for a parcel that never even left the dispatch depot. I was then offered a £10 refund, only for that offer to be withdrawn later,

To make matters worse, there is no UK customer service telephone number, so the only way to contact the company is by email, which has been slow, frustrating, and completely ineffective.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Purchased the PhiVilla 15 ft. double-sided umbrella with LED lights in March of this year. The braces, or under-structure, that supports the fabric is sagging on one side. Warranty is only 30 days. Very poor construction, do not recommend!

I ordered a nice large umbrella for my deck and I looked for a long time till I saw this and decided on it. It came in a nice box and well packed, but It was in missing a part for the sandbags to hold it in place. There was a card that said dont return the item just call us or email us for parts replacement if needed. The company was very understanding and they sent my part right out to me. I am very happy with this company and the quality of my umbrella is excellent now If your looking for a reputable company to purchase an umbrella from this is it.

I purchased a canopy, one of the rods broke on it after the 3rd time using it. Contacted customer service and they simply said they couldn’t help (they don’t sell replacement parts, didn’t offer any discount to purchase a new one… the rep never even asked if they could do anything help to help! Just, “I hope you can understand..” lmfao).

Excellent experience. I had a couple of issues with the furniture but they were quickly resolved and am so happy with everything.

I was missing a part. Emailed service and they promptly process the part and received it within a few days.
Very professional in responses and follow through.

The table was easy to put together and of excellent quality.I had to contact their customer service because of one of the legs required replacementThey're response was extremely quick and I had the replacement part within a week and that included the 4th of July holiday weekend! Extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service.

Excellent customer service. While assembling the chairs, I damaged a bolt. I emailed the company and was sent a hardware kit so I could complete assembly. It was one of the smoothest customer experiences I have ever had.

I bought six chairs from them and one of the chairs had a couple of problems with the material and leg. I contacted the company and the response was quick, helpful, and took care of the problem in short order. The support team was quick to respond and solve the problem.

Superb customer service. I contacted customer service 19 June about a chair back with Threaded sleeve that would not fully accept the bolt.They responded within a few hours and started the process of sending a replacement chairback. It arrived 2 July and the final chair was at the table within 15 minutes.The entire experience has been superb. Very good quality. Very well packaged and some of the best customer service I have encountered. Thank you

Overall great purchase. Assembly was challenging due to alignment of holes. Takes some muscle. But one together, it’s very sturdy and looks beautiful. The back piece of one of the swivel chairs was warped, but after contacting customer service, a new part was shipped.

It was timely in its arrival. I was most impressed with how the company dealt with a damaged cushion cover. They were prompt in their response. Communication was consistent from concern to its arrival. The cover was quickly replaced and the set is very comfortable at a great price and couldn’t be happier

This is the first time I have ordered furniture online and I am pretty sure I never will again after this bad experience.

I never buy new, either, I usually buy someone else's used set and have to spend the time painting it and making it look new to me. So of course I was so excited to finally enjoy a brand new set of outdoor furniture with my hard-earned money for the holiday weekend...now this.

Set arrived damaged - 2 boxes dented.

Table is complete junk - dented in several places, paint completely cracked/separated at the place it was dented.

Tried sending online message. No response.

Tried sending email to service. Won't go through.

Tried calling. Call goes straight to a FULL VOICEMAIL INBOX! 🤬

C'mon....this is absolutely insane that this company has such great ratings.

Great purchase and sturdy too. Value for my money. Fabulous coverage offering great protection from the sun. Easy to erect. Pleased with my purchase and the level of support from the company i.e delivery time and quick response to my email re missing part which wasn’t missing.

The patio set was delivered with one table leg having a large crack in the welding. I immediately notified the company with information and photos. They responded within a few hours. By the next day a new table leg was on its way! The patio set looks lovely. We are so happy with the quick, reliable service.
