Its been a pleasure working with Barbara at PHMG. She is very responsive and stays on top of all our requests even if we forget!! They really care about what they are doing there and its great working with a company like that. Their hold service is a great feature to add to your company and keep your customers aware of new services and also have a professional feel.

PHMG has taken our phone system and podcast to a much higher level. Christopher and his team have drafted great scripts and sounds that ensure we sound and appear creative when people engage with our communications.

They also upload the recordings right into my online phone account for me, and train me on how to adjust (call and voicemail forwarding) settings in case we have staff changes.
