I have zero issues with the company, or the overall service, however, every order always arrives late, past my required time for my next medication dosage. I have been in contact with your customer service on every order because of this. From the time the prescription is approved / re filled, then the processing time, then by the time it ships, it is typically 2 days past my next required dosage.

I have not noticed results yet but will give it a little longer.

I received a shipment that I did not want. it would have been better. had I been asked whether I wandered it before they assumed that it should be sent to me.

Appreciate you handle generic brands but would also like the option of the brand name options as well.

With the recent patent protection loss I would expect the cost to come down and not shift the cost from meds to services - expectations are a 30% decrease in meds cost - I would not see an increase in 30% of service value

I loved the ease of communication with either the doctor or the pharmacist. Wish the entire health care system was set up this same way. Loved the prompt responses to my questions throughout the treatment. The prescribed medication (Mounjaro) had an amazing effect on improving my overall health symptoms. The door to door deliveries of my prescription were also a bonus. Very happy with the experience.
