Charged more fees than legislation allows
You charge per month regardless of quantity ordered. Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) Legislation allows for up to 100 day supply and restricts to one fee. You advised software does not allow for larger quantities. I used to work at a pharmacy. That is not true. Giving me a credit because I challenged you is fine for me because I know better, but how does that protect other patients from being over charged?
