I had a few issues that I found difficult and had to go to my local 3 shop to sort out for me. Lady there was unable to sort problem out. I sort it out myself with the help of Facebook page

Thank you for your review.
When a cancellation is set up we do advise that you do not contact the network while the cancellation is ongoing, if you do this it can result in an early termination fee, if the process we have in place is followed then no charge for a cancellation is incurred.

Very professional and listened to my requirements
I unfortunately can not remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to. He called to remind me about an upgrade and we spoke about what I needed and the cost. He listened and came up with exactly what I had asked for. Very quick and easy to upgrade and took the hassle out of doing it myself.

i had 2 new phones and the man who delt…
i had 2 new phones and the man who delt with me did not cancel the other 2 and when i rang to sort this out noone was intrested i will not be telling anyone else about your company as i have in the past and 4 people have had phones from you i have now got to pay for the 2 phones that should have been canceled and the 2 updates that i have through something that is not my fault these phones were updates
