From good to bad
My initial experience was great, until I received an email asking for the handset to be returned as it wasn't connected to a network - or pay for the handset- rediculous. It is connected and I'd received the paperwork. The phone calls, the emails have made the whole experience frustrating. I am connected to a network, I am paying a monthly contract payment so guess what I'm NOT returning the hand set - I've said you sort it out

Still haven't received my phone a week later it's not necessarily Phones .co.uk fault but it's the couriers at fault.Still not a good experience.

The guy I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He also had a lot of patience with me, helping me to understand how my phone would switch to a new network. I would recommend them.

Still waiting for number to transfer over as was told only take 1 day been almost w week now still hasn't happened

Thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that your number hasn't yet transferred over.
When a PAC code is applied to an order, we will activate this PAC code when the order is shipped.
It can take 1-2 working days for numbers to transfer over.
If the number hasn't transferred over after 2 working days, you may need to restart the handset as this can update the number.
If you have tried this and the number still hasn't transferred over, you will need to contact your network to provide the PAC code. When the network have the PAC code, they will be able to transfer the number over for you.
If you have any questions, please contact our Live Chat, where a member of our Customer Support Team will be happy to help.
Our Live Chat is available 7 days a week from 9:30am-8:30pm and you can access our Live Chat via the help section on our website.
