Shopped with Photo-Canvas a fair few times and had no issues. Spent well over £1k shopping with them for different businesses I work with.

On the latest order, they sent to the billing address instead of the intended address. Using their live chat I spoke to Teja who looked into the matter his end and determined there was nothing he could do.

I'm not sure what went wrong, if a page refreshed etc, however, we definitely put the correct address our end at the time as I had a colleague confirm.

Although accidents happen, I found Teja was rather confrontational/rude to deal with. He had no interest in helping us resolve the situation.

Overall its a shame as I was using them regularly and had no issues with the products. I will likely go elsewhere now purely due to the customer service.

Ordered a 6ft5x4ft5 canvas of a photo my husband took on honeymoon, and was a bit apprehensive as to how well it would turn out. I was worried it would be blurred from being enlarged, even though we tried to send the best quality version we could. But my worries were for nothing. Its amazing, and my hubby loves it. The image is so crisp and it was such good value. Created and shipped in less than a week!

I was looking to enlarge some photos that are very special to me and the help I received was excellent. They made the enlarged prints so much better and were very patient with me. The canvas’s arrived a few days later (earlier than expected) and were so much clearer than I expected. I am delighted with them and would recommend this company.

Ordered two prints, one of them being 2m x 1m, the quality on both are excellent and very well packed too.

It's disappointing to read the negative reviews as my experience could not have been more enjoyable.
I had a very large canvas - 120 cm square - that I wanted a colourful image printed onto.
Before placing my order I contacted customer services and they assisted me with all my enquiries. The canvas arrived today and I am more than happy with the canvas print. It fact - it's exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be ordering more prints from Photo-Canvas. Top marks to you. Excellent company.

I recently lost my mother in law unexpectedly and decided to get a printed photo of her as a gift to my partner. It arrived within a couple days and the quality is incredible, I have been in tears since opening it and I know it will mean so much to him. Thank you so much.

Speed of email replies to questions before placing my first order and afterwards. Ease of placing my order on line with options re design colour, size, cost and transferring pictures etc.

I had a 5ft x 3ft canvas printed, that has just arrived less than one week since I ordered it. I had mirror wrap, wide finish and the quality is outstanding! The colours are true to the digital art I created. I am super happy with the quality and price! Website is so easy to use for any standard of user and having so much choice on large size printing is why I chose Photo-Canvas. I now need to order some more!!

Absolutely delighted with the canvass print. I asked for a 1200 x 500 which was large and so a worry for quality. The picture was easy to load and The print is superb, the canvass is stretched perfectly and I couldn't be happier. The print came 48 hours after the final checks were made and arrived by DHL. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again

Absolutely delighted with my print, the quality was superb and I had requested a large canvas print so I was super pleased.
It was professionally stretched across the wooden frame, dispatched in good time and very well packaged.

Have paid £5.99 for delivery, they use Amazon shipping service, which is a complete let down, tracking keeps promising delivery but then rescheduling! Ridiculous.
Still waiting, do not use if you need your product promptly,for a special occasion.
Did arrive shortly after this review, customer services got in touch and offered credit note for postage.
