Choose a competitor - False promises and horrible customer support
Process to order is easy, but then a lot of hidden fees start showing up, no. Pages, quality, packaging etc. All fair to be honest, classic low price advertising and then upselling.
Then the delivery options come with estimate delivery windows 20-25 March for standard shipping. Or pay extra again for faster shipping. I chose standard.
Then the absolute silence after making the order, get an order confirmation but nothing else no shipping notice. So on Friday 20th of March I reach out to their Line support on an update. Almost ready for shipping, I highlighted my displeasure with false pretenses on delivery dates. Their simple response it takes 10 business days without shipping something the estimates they show you don’t show. But their feedback I’ll expedite it urgently.
Again 4 days went past and no notification whatsoever. Reach out on line again, same ohh your order is just out of production.
Now delivery date is still unknown, no feedback or any shipping notice. Can’t say anything about the quality because it’s still not arrived and not sure it ever will ordered on March 14, now March 26.
