Overall good experience, printed a softcover photobook with super rush delivery, and received it very quickly within 3 days. Due to the nature of the softcover book, the edges were slightly dented when received, strongly recommend for the brand to include more padding & protection for the books. Another note is that once the order has been submitted, it could not be modified further, so any mistakes would have to be accepted.

Quality is decent but next time, I’ll pick glossy cover instead of matte. Important to ensure purchase includes free shipping. Delivery was nevertheless speedy.

The designer software is very easy to use, takes a short time to create a photobook, we can saved and continue later to complete the photobook if desired. The final product quality is very good and the pictures are as shown in the software. Furthermore,the cost to print is reasonable.
