I ordered my artwork on 15 August, and they promised to deliver it by 19 August. I am writing this review on 25 August. They have changed the delivery date to 28 August - 3 September without any notification.
I have tried to contact them via their live bot, but upon clicking through their options, I was told to "reorder" my order. So instead of getting more information about the order I've made, they made me cancel it. Upon clicking the option again, hoping to cancel the reorder, it led me to a full refund for the item.

I tried going through DM and email; in both cases, they say that they don't "activity monitor" those places.

Now I'm wondering if I will ever get my order or ever get a refund. It's basically a scam.

print was of very low quality, i didn’t opt for HD print as i thought the normal print would be decent, but i was very wrong. original photos got cut off and print was just not good. the “hard cover” is very soft and marks are very obvious when the book is pressed. cover was dirty and pages had marks on it when i first opened it.

The order was defective but was told I would receive a replacement . The order is on it’s way but due to the large size I cannot have two of them and when I requested collection I spent over an hour with their bot who could not grasp my issue and when I requested human contact just ignored me. I am livid and frustrated. If I could give no star I would

The order was placed and delivered within the stipulated time (1.5 weeks)
It was well printed and as per described
Giving credit where it's due, their app was really good for formatting a photobook and the book turned out really identical to how it looked on the app (do buffer some space for the photos along the center line)

However please note a lot of communication and help are all automated. Some frustration occured because even though I received an email saying it was shipped, the app kept saying it was 'to be printed'
I eventually got the tracking number. It is obvious they probably keep costs low and get the photos/ photo books printed in another country and ship it

Overall 4/5. The price is competitive, print quality is good. Just don't expect customer service from an actual person all the time . (Although I did have a real person reach out to give me the tracking number)

Too bad did not check their review before placing an order. They failed to deliver within the committed dateline and when contacted, the bot provided the Aramex tracking number by which it showed the shipping label was created since July 9th but has not been collected yet till this date. So much for on time delivery.

Item was never delivered. They suggested it was attempted multiple times but this is impossible.
There is no one to speak to, just an AI bot that does not work. Requested a reorder and they processed a refund. Impossible to get hold of. Not worth it.

EDIT - Order number 37493289, the items were printed and sent out to be returned and then likely thrown out. What a waste. Still waiting on the refund anyway.

Amazing how you cannot get hold of anyone via the company yet within a few hours they can reply to the trustpilot review.

Got an email saying order has been shipped and that I should have received my print last week. But I haven't received anything and the status on my app says 'to be printed'. The customer service page on the website is also down. Very disappointed, especially as the website markets its service as Singapore-based and therefore fast? Would someone be able to help? Hi team Optimal Print, Can you help please? I've placed an order 2weeks ago, it suppose to be delivered on last Friday and it's still not here. It's a gift for a special friend leaving soon and I don't want to write a bad review, please help!

I chose Optimalprint.sg because it says on its website "printed in Singapore and fast delivery".

On 11 May, i received an email saying my product has shipped. Delivery window is 14-18 May. I had to speak to their AI bot today (19 May) only to find out that there's a delay, and I'll receive it only on 25 May?!?!?!?! I ordered it on 8 May and it's supposed to be a gift for this week. This is a TERRIBLE experience and i will NEVER use this again. Do not trust all the 4- or 5-star reviews. I don't even know how bad the quality is going to be when it arrives.

They say they'll refund the shipping fee. This is a gift for a once-in-a-lifetime graduation. How can a miserly $10 refund be any use to a VERY delayed graduation gift? How is taking 17 days to deliver considered "fast delivery"? Such a scam, should be investigated by authorities.

Delayed delivery and poor quality
This is with regards to order#: 22358333. First delivery was delayed without any notice - I had to check and checking was painful because the customer service is an automated service that doesn't provide help at all. Finally manage to contact customer service (a human) and she has no clue on the status! Once the order is passed to production team, you got to wait until they finally process to ship to know is coming. Unable to cancel order as I needed urgently. When the product finally came, the glass on photo frame was scratched and photo quality isn't fantastic. Not impressed and not going to use their service definitely!

I love the prints! They immediately made my home arty and classy. Thank you!

The first potrait came however the folding was slanted causing a white space line however when infd the customer service, the potrait was replaced within a week with no questions asked. Great customer service and customer support. The potrait quality is good and the printing is of high quality. Definitely recommend optimal print to others now. Thank you for printing out priceless memories. ❤️

Regrettably, delivery failed first time. However, Optimalprint were really helpful and gave me a full refund. I re-ordered and this time the posters arrived very fast.
Poster quality is good, they were very well packed too!

Great experience overall. Their website was easy to use. The prints arrived early and it was so nice even for just the standard paper.

my first calender and it turn out so precious - delivery was prompt and now i m going for my second calender.

Sub par print quality, very faint colors, half the photos cut by the hole that holds the calendar on the wall, simply appaling. Order id 35603042

Phone case with pictures arrived, absolute Junk, looked my granddaughter had done it in crafting class. Litterally pictures printed out and stuck to gell case. Would not use again.

Such a fast and efficient service. From order design to print and delivery within just 2 days! So amazing!
