I am so in love with my led rose bear in glass. It makes out to be such a gorgeous souvenir! No complaints at all.

My rose bear came today after being 2 weeks late, and whilst the bear itself looks good, i don’t think its made with much effort to make as the ear fell off shortly after it was unpackaged, as for the case i spent £15 on its embarrassing, flimsy, dirty plastic that doesn’t even fit together correctly, really really pathetic considering the price they charge, just poor.

I bought the 24 rose box with same day shipping and they didnt even send it out yet which has been 5 days later. Havent heard anything from them and this company is a scam after reading more reviews. Dont buy your products here

Terrible company that shouldn’t have a business running. They are unable to fulfil what is on their own website and want to blame the current pandemic. The pandemic has been going on for a very long time which means u know if your business is going to be affected by it and can make the necessary changes towards it. Which means there shouldn’t be certain shipping options that the business cannot live up to. In addition when u confront them about their problems they decide to ignore your message like the unprofessional company they are. I will not be shopping with this company again.

If I could rate this a 0 I would.

I paid £10 for express same day shipping 3 days prior to Valentine’s Day, the item still hasn’t arrived. I’m starting to think that I have been scammed, I will seek advice from trading standards. A tracking number has only just been provided and guess what it does not work!!!

Avoid at all costs, ruined Valentine’s Day for me and by the looks of it lots of other buyers.

I had paid Express Shipping (24 hours) on 13th of February, Until now 17/2 not tracking Nr has been provide and of course the gift has not been delivered.
Customer Service sucks.
Never texting back and when they do they are rude.

Update: after posting today the review I received tracking Nr which does not function

23/2/2021 Update item still not delivered

Ordered online on the 2nd Feb choosing free delivery. Was hoping it would come before Valentine’s and thankfully it came on the 13th. Was a little bit concerned as I thought initially it was 3-5 days delivery but after contacting them they said items are shipped in this time frame and that deliveries take a little longer so just be a little cautious about that but other than this no real issues. Product was nice. And it came in a nice gift box. Can’t go wrong for under £40. Decent flower bear

Received my enchanted rose and it is beautiful, it is very well made and so pretty, the lights reflect beautifully of the rose, it arrived very well packed so it was not damaged, would recommend buying this item and using this company company.

The Luxury Large Bouquet of Rose Flowers are beautiful, I love them. The delivery said 3-5 days but actually took 10 days to come.

Thank you to all at Photopsy for organising the best birthday gift ever for my daughter. The rose in glass is gorgeous!

Took a month to arrive, travcking does not work at all, no help apart from "our courier has it" from customer service. When it finally arrived it had a china shipping label on it. Never using this site again.

Unfortunately due to a mix up the bear arrived later then expected but the company did all they could to sort everything out, communication excellent, would happily deal with again

I ordered a gift on the 15th of December. I payed £15.99 for next day delivery. It’s is now 22nd of December and no sign of my parcel or a reply. Please do not use this site 100% not legit. will be phoning my bank to report them, and get my money back through the bank hopefully

Horrible customer service. Does not reply and they are not transparent with their service. I was sent an email that the order has been shipped. The timeframe for standard shipping is 3-5 days and I still haven’t received my parcel. I checked the tracking and it states that the sender is still despatching (meaning it has not even been sent just the label created). It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and still got nothing and they don’t like to reply. I got one reply saying I have to wait one more week. That is ridiculous, who can plan for an occasion in advance with this type of attitude and service?

If free shipping is suppose to take long then don’t offer it. People are here to buy presents not waiting for a miracle to happen and miraculously have the parcel delivered on an unforeseeable date. They did email me saying the item has been shipped on the 7th of December, if you see their reply it was delivered on the 21st of December. That is 15 days after the notice of dispatch and far beyond 3-5 working days. They are not transparent at all and they request reviews to be taken down because they see it as “unfair”. Customers on trust pilot are suppose to be allowed to express their opinion freely, NOT manipulated by the seller.
Avoid this website at all cost, unless you are willing to wait their ridiculous delivery time.

Thank you once again - did not expect such high quality of the product - the real life rose looks much better than on the advertised pictures which happens very rarely!!!

Its been over a month now and I have no idea where my item is, they have given me two different tracking websites one say delivered and the other holds no information, have been offered a refund witch never happened if you want to pay for something to never arrive this site is for you avoid at all cost

I’m happy with my enchanted Rose in glass. It came packaged nicely and made out to be a nice gift for my wedding anniversary. Strongly recommend this firm if you wish to purchase nice gifts that add sentimental value.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This company took over 2 weeks to deliver my item and when it finally did come, it was the wrong coloured rose (and a tacky looking item). When asked for a refund, I initially was told they would exchange or knock off 30% of the total cost - upon writing a 1* review I was told if I deleted the review, they would refund the item and reimburse the cost of the shipping to send it back. Review was deleted, item sent back and I was eventually (after chasing multiple times) refunded an amount of £25.22. The product cost me £25.99 and I sent proof of shipping which was £4.10 so not only did I not get the full refund of the product but they did not refund the shipping and none of this was communicated. Just simply a confirmation that £25.22 would be refunded. I am shocked at the awful customer service and can't fathom how this company is still running - I can only guess by the fake reviews they keep supplying of 5* every time there is a negative review. I am just lucky I got most of my refund.
