Service with a smile,
I purchased a new sound system and over several phone calls over different dates, from the lady who guided me through my order and payment to the young man who kindly emailed a manual to me then another assistant who talked me through and sent me the cable to connect I pad, I consider that I have received executive service with a smile in their voices.
