Item ordered arrived today incomplete…
Item ordered arrived today incomplete and incorrect. Messaged the team and no apology and then they wanted me to do their job for them, even after having sent them every thing and more of what they requested via email. Constant prompts through the conversation to get information, chat was a damp squib of a service.
The correct item has now ben sent out but when it arrived I will having been awaiting over a week for two tiny straps and a tiny bit of foam. I wouldn't use again because the customer service albeit a resolution was reached was hard work. Mistakes happen but I don't feel their colleague went out of their way to help without my asking. Item quality looks pretty cheap albeit I cannot comment on its durability but luckily it was on sale.

Love the Trigger Point Pilates equipment
Felt lucky to experience the free delivery on blue Monday which helped me to build up a bit of equipment to help me continue to make progress. Love Trigger Point Pilates and the spiky balls and the rollers and the mats.

Exceptionally quick delivery.
Had cause to telephone to query the second package in my delivery. Telephone answered quickly and Katie looked into my query and telephoned me back as promised within 5 minutes. Such customer service is rare in the UK these days. Thank you Katie!
