Bought helium miner from them and after 3 months they contacted me and said that my payment was fraudulent and I have to provide photo ID, bank statement and proof of address. Can you imagine how they tried to scam people. Shame on you. After a year of my review pi supply tried to remove it from trustpilot. I can add more to this review, I said to my friend to buy from them helium miner in Apr 2021 and till now he didn't received it nor the refund. Contacted Pi supply and the response was that the batch is processing and he cannot get the refund. He tried several times but no useful information was provided. 2 years later and still no miner or money so I was lucky to get the refund.

This kit comes with additional posts so that the Multifunction Top can be fitted as an extra tier above or below the display top. Alternatively you can keep the low profile and simply replace the standard Display Top instead.I think that we will continue to buy various devices in this store. I am happy with the delivery speed of this store. The ZeroBorg is our add on board for controlling motors using the Raspberry Pi Zero. It's small size means it fits neatly below a Raspberry Pi Zero and opens up endless possibilities for tiny robot designs.

For more than 10 years I have been working in my company as a specialist in setting up and providing various equipment for video conferencing and conference calls. I am in charge of a lot of cables and various communications. In order not to get confused I use different colored connections for these purposes. I recently purchased a 1m Ethernet Cable - Red on this website. Now it is much easier for me to navigate through the many connections I use.

This Pi Supply company has moved the ship date for the helium miners three times for me, and is now it has been moved into the first quarter of 2022 when the last conversation stated Q4 of 2021 with proof I can provide if needed. They are now requested ot refund my hard earned money and will keepo you updated with this next adventure from this untruthfiul company. USE CAUTION WITH PI SUPPLY your investment will be tied up for a year with zero earnings I will update this to a 2 star rating if they give me money back. After the fees and exchange rate I got my money back they had for almost a year. I’m glad I canceled now no regrets.

Hi, i had some issues with my nebra that was urgently resolved, they offerd me everything to minimize the downtime of my repair!

Failed to deliver in 7 months, zero support
Raised 3 support requests since August all have been ignored even though I have received ticket numbers. I ordered a Nebra indoor hotspot in April and can't get a refund as it's literally impossible to speak to anyone at the company. They have essentially stolen my money and failed to deliver a product ordered 7 months ago.

No update yet from my shipment, I order an outdoor miner and haven't received it yet. This is clearly a scam, they oversold without checking their capacity to fulfill orders. I have reached out to them multiple times and no response. 9 months of waiting is just unacceptable.

You can reach out to either Citizen Advice or Trading Standards like I did. either way your query will be sent to Trading standards for investigation of this business. Here is an abstract of the response I've got from Citizen Advice:

Your rights and obligations

Under the Consumer Rights Act, goods should be delivered within the timescale stated or within 30 days of the order. If the trader fails to deliver the goods within this time you would need to set a final date for the delivery of the goods and provide this date to the trader.

It would be down to the trader to prove the goods have been delivered yourself or your agreed safe place.

If the goods are not delivered by the date you have set, you may then request a full refund; there is more information here.

Your next steps

· Follow the trader’s complaints procedure (you may need to ask or look through the website for this).

· If the complaint fails, contact the trader in writing explaining your rights and setting a deadline for them to deliver the goods. Send the letter as tracked from your local post office, email is also fine.

· Ask if trader is a member of an Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme, this is a third party that may help to mediate between you if there is a breakdown in communication.

What we will do

We’ll refer this issue to Trading Standards as you have identified a potentially misleading business practice. Whilst this doesn’t help you resolve your problem, it gives Trading Standards vital intelligence about how the trader operates their business.

A subsidiary of Nebra Ltd but just as incompetent and unprofessional. Maybe they’re fine for Pi hardware but if you want a Nebra HNT miner don’t waste your time or money - claim to have shipped 35k units but only about 10k onboarded with batches 2/3 still not fulfilled despite their claims. Seems miners arrive non-functional or defective and as you can’t get support (unless you open a dispute) you’re stuck. Cancelled my order when I realised after 6 months they have little intention of delivering (still claiming September delivery). Their staff lack integrity or ethics - they’ll say anything to get off the hook and then failing that, troll you on social media or Discord.

Nebra is a bad company it did not deliver the 3 indoor miners I ordered. The CEO was very rude and disrespectful when I asked where the miners were and when I would expect to receive them. I ordered the HNT miners when there were 20k miners on the network now it's over-saturated with over 150k miners and Nebra has not delivered. I have lost earnings and the issue has also caused a lot of distress financially.

Nebra has had plenty of chances to deliver and never.

Nebra tricked the Helluim network into accepting them as a third party by overselling them selfs with the Pi-Supply and RAM Audio name. There is a video on YouTube by a guy called Tactical Investing search for The Nebra Scam, Lies, and Coverup...What You Didn't Know in Youtube. Far as I'm concerned this Nebra and Pi-Supply are the same company bunch of scammers

Bad, bad ,bad.......

They are associated with Nebra and Nebra has been selling gateways for the Helium network. They have
promised deliveries since March and very few have been delivered. Do not expect to get your gateway from them. They don't even respond to emails or participate in their Discord.
