Be careful because this company operates under many different names, using smaller branch companies that they own. One of them is "Nebra Ltd" which I bought a hotspot device from that was dead on arrival. Any attempts to reach out to Nebra have been unsuccessful. They have ignored all email requests and totally abandoned their discord server. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from this company...look elsewhere

Only lies coming from this company. This company will lie in your face and tell you to stop the refunding process so they can send out the miner. After canceling the dispute you will never hear from them again.

The owner of this company is a liar. He has been caught more than once by the community and from distributors. I purchased 15 units on Feb and they are no where to be found. No one has answers.

It's a SCAM, they sent me the wrong item, I paid £100 and got a thing of £10 value. The customer support doesn't reply.

Unable to meet deadlines and they seem completely aloof about the problem offering very little information about when they will actually have miners ready, I'm batch 2, I was first told April, April turned to June, it's now July and I've sent multiple emails asking about when I will receive the miner and no reply. Completely unprofessional save yourself the headache and go with Bobcat, reliable service and better quality miner.

Asked Pi-Supply for an update detailing when my miner was going to be delivered, and no response. So took them to small claims, its funny how they can suddenly respond the next day after they have received notification of action. I was worried as I had no reason to believe they would respond to a refund request. Money refunded. Would be a good little company if it wasn't for the poor customer service.

Useless company, block you for asking questions, call you a troll when asking general shipping questions ordered a nebra box in February to still have no box 4 months later this company is a joke

Continuous delays for preorders with zero communication and no updates despite promises to do better. They mention expired shipping dates and ETAs for Nebra hotspots that could and should easily have been updated, offer slow customer support while literally stating the opposite and claiming to have hired more staff for that, an absolute disgrace.

No updates, communication, do not stick to deadlines. Steer clear.

Terrible company, Rude and ignorant staff from the top down. Avoid like the plague. Lies Lies and more Lies. The sooner they are out of business the better for legitimate businesses and customers.

I ordered nebra indoor in February, to this day (June 28, 2021) I have none. they didn't even return my money. Support does not respond at all.
The arrogance of Aaron Shaw is something to behold, he is rude, crude and abusive too all his customers. Simply do not give this company your business, money or support. A Nightmare from Start to Finish.

UPDATE: 07 May 2021 - Paypal awarded the dispute in my favour. Know your consumer rights!

Even the response of this company shows how unprofessional they are.

What they have failed to point out is that they had an opportunity to refund my money but they didn't.

I raised a case with PayPal and as a result and now they will not refund the money unless I close it. Not the 10 times they say. Does this sound like a professional company?

I have spoken to citizens advice and a record has been made with trading standards.

The law states I have 14 days to cancel an order. I cancelled within hours.

Disgrace!
