We have received an excellent service throughout our insurance renewal. Although there was a small increase in the premium, the rates remain very competitive, and we appreciate the hard work that went into securing the best possible price for the level of cover we required.

A special mention must also go to the team for identifying and correcting issues with the insurance previously arranged by another broker. They took the time to understand our business properly and made sure we now have the right cover in place. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we would highly recommend their services.

I have used PIB and its predecessor for more than 15 years to insure cars and houses in the U.K.and in Europe. Without exception the experience has been excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, proactive and provide an efficient, personal and cost effective service.

Have been using this company for our insurance for over 20 years. This time not so good. I have been the one that has been chasing to see if the policy has been done also ive had to contact MDS portal on more than one occasion to try and get our vehicles on the system. I have had problems with payment that i have had to call the office loads of times and i never receive a call back from my insurance broker. I have been waiting now for 2 weeks for a call to say whats happing and still nothing. Great way to treat a loyal customers

I would like to say that I am deeply disappointed with PIB Insurance Broker.

From the beginning, I found them difficult to deal with, but I felt under pressure and decided to go ahead with them. After one year, when my insurance policy was coming to an end, they only contacted me four days before the renewal date. This was very concerning because it gave me very little time to look for another insurance company.

When I asked why they waited until the last few days of my contract, they replied by email saying they should have contacted me earlier, but they clearly did not bother. I had to chase them for the renewal quote myself, and when I finally received it, it was £400 more expensive.

Most of their messages arrived very late. It was already Friday, while my insurance was ending on Sunday, so I had almost no time to arrange another policy.

Thankfully, I managed to find another company that offered me exactly the same cover for £400 less.

Overall, my experience with this company was very disappointing. In my opinion, they were not professional.
