If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely terrible customer service with no return calls and also copying and pasting a responded email from the week previous. I would not recommend this company to buy any of their frames.
On their web site it clearly stated delivery within 3 days and its now 12 days since I ordered 2 frames as a wedding present. Disgusted customer.

Horrible business all around!
Horrible customer service and no actions taken for issues. Custom order took twice as long as estimated on site. Only updates were provided after I requested status. Frames are finally delivered and one is damaged. Contacted shop and “they will see what can be done” and have gone silent. I’ll be taking next actions through the payment provider. I wanted to buy local, but it’s all coming from the U.K. anyway. Buyer beware!

I don't even know how this cowboy is not behind bars.
I haven't even got my frame. Bought product based on "delivered in 2 days" . Contacted 2 weeks later by email, he made all excuses why it is not delivered. Promised delivery in 2 days. Never materialised. Got him on the phone and as soon as he realised who I am- told me to f... off and hang up on me.
No frame or refund.

DO NOT USE
Well first they said delivery would be in two days. When there was no sign, I emailed them. Was told it's on the way.
I suddenly get a text one morning saying the frame was coming today...to the billing address, not the shipping address. Impossible to change as the package was already on the way.
When it arrived, it was securely wrapped but...the frame was shattered.
Emailed them multiple times but no response.
DO NOT USE.

Poor service from pictureframes.ie (also called photoframes.ie).
Ordered a custom frame from pictureframes.ie for €73, delivery time was stated as 7-10 days for custom items. After six weeks of sending reminders, a damaged frame arrived in the wrong colour, with chips out of it and the mount included was not the colour ordered.
No response after sending them 3 photos showing the issues. They said they'd 'look into it' but never got back to me. These are not people who should be in this particular business.
