Customer service very helpful, and good manufacturing and delivery times.

Frames are well made and shipped very quickly. Would be wonderful to have more unpainted options as well as slips/liners.

Easy to design frames on the website. The frames were delivered in good time and good condition.

Ridiculously uneccessarily complicated website, resulting in frame which is completely useless. So many dimensions to consider, one easily misinterpreted and you've completely wasted your money, £32 in my case, and no understanding from their customer services. What made it worse was that the finished item looked so cheap it was laughable. Have bought better quality frames from Wilko! Also, 9 working days to deliver, wouldn't call that an express service! Definitely wouldn't recommend and I won't be ordering from them again.

The quality of the frames was poor.

Emailed several times to discuss, they ignored.
Called several times, they never pick up.

I sent the items back and asked for a refund. Was denied.

AVOID this company. They will ignore your concerns, then claim you were too late to raise them

And after their reply, they're still lying. They have proof I emailed and called.

A large frame was made and it fitted my print perfectly. Good wood and lovely to look at

The cutouts were very accurate and h=neat and the frame was well put together. Delivered on time as well
