I ordered and item on 4/7/2026 and its now the 14/7/2026, this item was meant to be 1-2 day delivery, no updates on tracking of the parcel and royal mail unable to tell me were my parcel is.

This has been delayed with Royal Mail which we apoliguse for, its extremely unusual for an itme to be delays by such a long period,

So I decided to order one of the custom…
I wanted to come on and quickly update my review, after leaving my bad review detailing everything - no communication or support and delayed delivery. The support finally reached out via email and phone call, gave me my tracking update & actually just received my order. The packaging is very secure also wrapped up neatly and tidy in bubble wrap for extra protection, the a medium custom piece with a sleek premium black wooden frame - the quality of the entire product definitely exceeds my expectations which was another worry of mine, the box came a little damaged but the product itself has no scrapes or damages which I’m very very thankful for. I would rate this the full 5 star however with the trouble getting through to support and delayed shipping I cannot, overall once you get in touch with support - very nice people & the product is high quality!

So the original print wasn’t on the…
So the original print wasn’t on the right day. I was informed by customer service that they would be happy to reprint for £7, stating pics are auto generated so possibly my error. In that send £7 felt like a bargain.
I’ve paid that and heard nothing back.
