Product was exactly what I had ordered and arrived very promptly. The walking stick looks great, is easily adapted and makes a great present.

Fantastic buy. I wanted a coloured crutch for my son’s wedding. I usually use the boring one the NHS supplied but this is going to give me a little more confidence as it’s a perfect match in colour. It’s strong too. Arrived really quickly and well wrapped. Would absolutely recommend.

Honestly could not recommend Pimp Mobility enough. Not only are they great value for money but the team is so kind and personable and will work with you to make sure you get the perfect pair. Very good service, very happy

I ordered my son a pair of cruches for his Christmas, he really wanted some customised ones. He was so looking forward to them, but when they came, they were the wrong size. The “returns” email on the website is incorrect and the domain name could not be found. Therefore a return and correction could not be made. Not great.

Edit: Again, not a great response, I have the returned emails to prove that the return address doesn’t work. Also, the crutches sent don’t fit a 5 foot 4 inch person. If you’d have directly emailed me to resolve the issue after the review, then I might have even considered changing my review status, instead you choose to become defensive, claim I’m wrong and do nothing. Quite frustrating, instead of becoming defensive, accept the mistake and try to correct it!
