Ordered and delivered quickly

Ordered one day delivered the next, what more can you ask for and they are super cool for an old lady like myself.

Peeling words symbols on stick
Returned it and then received it spelt wrong and advised to peel off to correct it! Not varnished?

Was responsive with repair but I had to pay for return and repair. Not too sure how thoughtful a company they are??

I'm extremely unhappy with my order and feel I have been completely ripped off!
What has been sent is an absolute joke, especially for the price.

The cane itself is basic quality but the most shocking of all is the design. I thought the military police logo would be professionally printed with vinyl or directly onto the stick. What I received is what can only be described as a toddlers sticker book!

The stickers themselves are blurry and very low quality images, so I can only wonder whether or not you have a license to actually use the military police logo image, or whether you ripped it off Google?!

It looks completely cheap, tacky and pathetic and I'm ashamed to even think of giving this as a gift.

Extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company or use them again.

EDIT: They have since issued a prompt refund and the product will be returned.

So so pleased, great quality and great service and delivery.

Absolutely top quality, having to use a walking stick in my mid 40s but being able to pimp it up with my beloved west ham made me feel so much better 😀

The first crutch that arrived was the wrong one sadly. I contacted them and they quickly sent out the correct crutch and a return label to send the original one back. Great customer service and nice item. Thank you

Excellent service and a good quality product. I ordered a zebra print walking frame and it is sturdy but not as dull looking as my standard NHS issue clumpy one.

I had to ring for advice on making stickers from some photos. They were really helpful. Great quality and they were also really quick. Would recommend!
