Ordered an item over two weeks ago. Said it was in stock. Checked again yesterday...still in stock. Didn't reply to my email, so phoned up.....no not in stock and no idea when it's due to arrive. Won't be getting my business again.
12 days since ordering and heard nothing, Items were all in stock at time of order and now say 6 days.
I ordered and paid for a jacket for my grandsons birthday. The product had been discontinued so could not be dispatched.
The suggested alternative was not to my grandsons taste so I requested a refund.
Item ordered 15.10.25. Still awaiting return of funds on 31.10.25.
Ordered 3 pairs of gloves on Monday - all showing as in stock when added to the basket. Then got an email saying some items were out of stock. I called to query and said if they wouldn't be here in time I would have to order elsewhere and she called back Monday afternoon to say the gloves would definitely be with us by the weekend.
Called Friday lunchtime as I'd not received them, or a despatch notice. It transpires that 2 pairs were just sat there and they weren't sending them out until all 3 pairs had arrived.
They refused to do next day delivery and said they would be shipped next week, despite me repeatedly saying they were sailing on Monday, so next week was no good.
They suggested I drive a 280 mile trip to the store to collect the 2 pairs they had in stock, when I said that wasn't possible plus it would cost £80 in fuel the lad on the phone just sniggered.
I asked to speak top a manager, apparently not a single manager in the office and no idea when they would be in
Terrible customer service, would give Zero stars if I could. Now have to go on a 2,000 nautical sailing trip in stormy weather with no gloves, because we were lied to and laughed at. Its now too late to get them anywhere else.
Backordered, in stock after a week, shipped to Czechia, fits perfectly, absolutelly would recommend and i will be using them next time.
