What a waste of time - Definitely an Arthur Daley setup. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the dealer and have spoken to Maxwell which he said he would get back to me. But never did. Left multiple messages for him to get back to me, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Today received a response to say. The car is sold. Stay well away....

Not sure if they have closed down? Max seemed to be handling the bad experience I had when purchasing a Range Rover from Pinchbeck earlier in 2024 but the dealership is now non responsive via email or landline/mobile calls for over a week.

I was promised the tax paid for a year as a gesture of goodwill for the poor experience I had with the team but just had a letter along with a fine from DVLA to state the direct debit set up for the tax has failed.

Only leaving a review to hopefully initiate a resolution from the team, and to advise others ensure to have everything completed before leaving the dealership as it's been nothing but hassle for months after for me; from broken promises, failure to change V5 documents and poor communication.

I have dealt with max and Steve on several occasions. They are friendly, approachable and trustworthy. Can’t fault their service and would highly recommend them. Will definitely be returning!
