The quality of the pillow and the buckwheat are top notch. There is enough buckwheat to customize the shape of my pillow for maximum comfort. Took me a few tries, but I found what works for me. Since I have been using my buckwheat pillow, I do not have neck issues and wake up refreshed and well rested. Recommended

Best pillow ever! I never would have thought a buckwheat pillow would solve my neck pain issues that I’ve dealt with for over two years. Within a week my pain vanished completely and it’s been a few months now of pain free sleeping. It’s so comfy and it helps me sleep better as I’ve been dealing with sleep issues prior to finding this pillow. I’ve tried several prior to this and they never worked. My 10 yo son insisted I get one for him since he tried mine so I just bought him one last week and he loves it. Get this pillow!

The website contains a great level of information which assisted my decision to buy. Shipping was fast. I was looking for a pillow that would support my head abd this ine fit the bill perfectly. I enjoyed my pillow so much that I ordeted a second one for travel.

I purchased a neck pillow a couple months back, and have had greatly improved sleep! It provides excellent neck support, and that combined with a good wedge back pillow has eliminated my snoring, allowing my wife to get better sleep as well. I have no major complaints, the only challenge was dealing with some neck pain the first few nights until I figured out the correct amount of hulls to remove to provide the right amount of support (it was too high/rigid until I removed more over a few nights.) I was very pleased with how incredibly well made the neck roll is. It is very comfortable and easy to adjust the fill to my liking. Would highly recommend.

my head slept HOT even before menopause. this pillow works better than any other for that, hands down. and the comfort, the way i can smooth the chaff just right to support my neck is excellent. took a few nights to get used to the sound of the pillow. now i find it comforting…like i’m a pioneer in the back of a wagon. 😜. very happy with this pillow.

Just as stated with others, you have to find the right fill amount to optimize your experience, but once you do, you are locked in for some restful sleep.

It’s a good quality pillow, but it’s very firm and it’s not for me, so eating a 100 dollars for something I’m never going to use sucks. I’d much rather have a pillow that someone else tested than waste my money and their product because there’s no returns.

My favorite knee pillow ever! I’ve tried other kinds and this is the only one i like. Now I’m buying a second one because my boyfriend stole mine. I love that it stays cool because my legs get hot when I’m sleeping. I’m sad whenever i travel and don’t have it!

I bought a buckwheat pillow from Pine Tales and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, and it came overstuffed, which makes it easy to adjust to your liking. It’s clear that care went into making it. My wife was so jealous of mine that she ordered a different brand off Amazon—and was pretty disappointed. The Pine Tales pillow is better in every way. I bought a pillow from Pinetales as a gift for my husband. It arrived quickly and is a nice quality product. I wasn't sure how he would like it, because, compared to conventional pillows, it is a bit different. Luckily, he absolutely loves it and has gotten great sleep, as he finds the pillow quite comfortable. I'm thinking about getting one for myself now.

I love the knee pillow. It’s the perfect size and shape for me, and it stays cool. I just ordered a second one for my camper trailer.

The pillow is larger than I realized and it is very hard, even after removing some of the buckwheat.
But my major upset is your return policy. I have never heard of something sold online that is not returnable. This should be made more clear. I would not have purchased it

I ordered a knee pillow and after only two nights with it I feel like it is everything I have needed to get a better nights sleep as a side sleeper - it feels very natural to my body . Pine Tales is a class act company . I believe I ordered one other pillow in the past and from quick shipping to their great packaging and quality of the products, I always feel an intentional aesthetic craftsmanship in every item .

I ordered a millet pillow (large), and it's awesome! Totally does what it said it will, and my back pain has significantly decreased! I would definitely order from here again.

Fastest shipping ever! This showed up the next day. I was looking to replace my memory foam knee pillow but realized most memory foams have a ton of chemicals and toxins. This millet knee pillow is an amazing alternative, I wish I had found it sooner!

While placing my order, I did not see an option to send it to a different address and I clicked by accident! Then even though I immediately I tried contact them,….they answered too late and refused to do anything..so I said I will dispute it with my credit card company….this was my response :
This was the All Sales are final as per our return policy.
This means no changes can be made after an order is placed.
If you don’t understand that and feel like you have to dispute with your credit card for an error you made, then we will be forced to open a case with a small claims court to protect our business from fraud.

So I decided to not only dispute it with my credit card company, but report it to the Better Business Bureau and write a bad review!

As you can see by the response below they do not have good business practices-they’re selling a buckwheat hull pillow for over $100 each /and that’s on sale! Who is taking advantage of who? I just asked for my shipment to go to another address as it was a gift and, this is what I get….

You did it to yourself! Look at the reviews of your business practices and how your responses are to your paying customers…that says it all!
Look into the time of my order and the time of my email and you will see I tried to contact you right away…I am a senior and I am not so good on the computer as well $200 is a lot of money to loose- you should be more considerate with your policies when there’s been mistakes and I shouldn’t have to absorb anything when you could easily have just changed the shipping address.
Also I did see that you requested UPS return the shipment back to you ..so that I will not even get it. Does this mean that this is resolved? Will I be getting a refund or will you be redirecting it to the person I was gifting it to?
