This is the second order that I have made from Pinetales. The quality of these buckwheat pillows is exceptional from the materials to the Buckwheat itself I have been sleeping with buckwheat pillows for over 10 years and I have tried a few other brands. I am impressed by the high quality cover and that the buckwheat comes from America and is pest and odor free. These pillows are always completely filled and I remove quite a bit for a comfortable sleep. I just recently ordered a smaller pillow for traveling and there were some issues with the delivery. The customer service department took good care of me and they were wonderful to deal with. This company puts out one of the best buckwheat pillows that I have purchased. I highly recommend Pinetales for a good night's sleep.

Great pillow, super well-made with soft fabric, and it is filled with plenty of buckwheat so you can customize the softness and thickness. Also, can tell that the company is small and that they care about what they do!

Got this as a gift :) best pillow ever, use it over the other fancy pillows I have - and I have a lot of ‘neck adjusting’ pillows but this is the best

Having recently diagnosed cervical issues, I've been searching for a good pillow that correctly aligns my neck/spine at night. Although a bit pricey, the PineTales millet pillow is perfect! I definitely took the advice of other reviews and removed about 2 gallons of fill out of the pillow to adjust for comfort. I also having lower spine issues so not having my head too high is better for my spine.

From a marketing standpoint, the packaging was perfect along with the card/paper inserts. The pillow itself comes in a black zipbag which can be repurposed or in my case, is currently storing my extra fill in plastic bags.

Would definitely recommend this product!

I received my Pinetails standard size millet pillow along with a knee pillow for side sleeping so fast after ordering. The shipping was great. I slept on the pillow without removing any millet hulls and had a wonderful night sleep with absolutely zero neck pain for the first time in years, but decided to take a bit out. I love that the pillows are over filled and there is room to adjust the density. I also am really glad I opted for the miller over the buckwheat personally as the millet is so soft and perfectly forms to my head and neck. The double zipped pillow case is well made and I had no problem adjusting how many hulls were inside. 10/10

Easily the best night sleeps I've had in my adult life. I would wake up every morning with a horrible neck ache/headache and those have went away entirely I have the bamboo buckwheat pillow and when my girlfriend had a pinched nerve in her neck I let her borrow my pillow in one night her pain went almost entirely away. We immediately got her a millet bamboo pillow and we are both in love

I have been having neck pain for many months. I've changed pillows{many times],tried stacking pillows and every thing else I have read about. Complaining to may brother in law, I told him about this great sobaka pillow I had for years It was the best 29.00 dollars I have ever spent. He surprised me with your pillow for my 80th birthday. All I can say is THANK YOU. After a couple of nights, no more neck pain

Pinetales customer service is great. They quickly shipped the correct pillow when we received the wrong one. The pillows themselves are a game changer! We’ve tried down, foam, shredded latex, cervical, and classic cotton mix. The firmness and ability to cradle the head with neck support is great.

OMG I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. Thank you Pinetales for making this life saving pillow. I have tried Temperpedic, My pillow, foam, feather etc. All I can say is, I look forward to sleeping.
Prior to buying this pillow I was achieving only 2-3 hours sleep due to neck pain and shoulder pain along with numbing my arms. I am truly thankful to the genius who thought of this. And the fact I can remove the hull( I made a smaller pillow with the hull I removed so I use that when watching tv).
Who ever is reading this needs to try this pillow. I’m so glad I did. The pillow including the zipper is so well made.
You will not regret it.

I purchased a Japanese Plus pillow recently but to my dismay I noticed two small stains on the pillow case. I tried to reach out to Pine Tails through Facebook but they deleted my message and never attempted to contact me or provide me with my order number. I would like a new pillowcase please.

Edit 01: I was never given a order number so I was unable to use your “Contact Us” form on your website. That does not seem fair or just. Anyone should be able to contact you with questions or concerns.

Edit 02: I just received a whole new pillow from Pinetails. All I wished for was a new pillowcase but they sent me a new pillow as well. I still have yet to receive an order number from Pinetales so I can talk with them through their "Contact Us" page.

Here is my take on this whole experience.
1) I believe their is a massive language barrier.
2) Pinetales "Contact Us' Page should be available to everyone as an email, not just those who have a order number.
Overall they make incredible pillows. My Millet hull pillow has cured my shoulder and neck discomfort 100%. Thank you for the pillow PineTales and please take my suggestion into consideration.

This pillow has helped the cervical spine nerve compression pain cause by my normal pillow. I was skeptical, but it's worth the price. The cover is lovely and soft, and overall the millet hulls are so much more comfortable than I expected.

I bought the 12” round knee pillow. Even with the tiny millet hulls and the ability to remove some hulls, it was still too hard for my tender (fibromyalgia) legs. HOWEVER, the outer case and the removable inner case are very well-made with nice fabrics and good zippers. I dumped out the hulls and refilled the inner case with loose memory foam filler that I had previously removed from adjustable bed pillows. Now I have a terrific, well-made, hard-to-find, small, round knee pillow and am very pleased. That’s why I rated it with 5 stars. I have had no luck finding a round, adjustable-fill knee pillow, and when I saw this one, with excellent reviews, I had a feeling I would end up modifying it just as I did. It is a great knee pillow!

It took a few adjusting here and there but I managed to find what’s comfortable for me so that’s a thumbs up for me!

The millet and buckwheat pillows are expensive but pillows are worth the investment. I love the level of customization for level of comfort. I even find the earthy smell pleasant.

I placed an order but changed my mind so I reached out to customer service to cancel the order I had just placed. They quickly responded that there are no refunds and I told them I should be able to cancel an order since they had not shipped it yet. Then they proceeded to tell me they cancelled my order but blacklisted me because they have to pay fees for every transaction. That's not my problem. It's the cost of doing business in the US. Their customer service is rude and I wasn't going to order from them again anyway because of their rude behavior. Buyer beware. I can understand not accepting returns because there's a lot of return fraud happening. But in this case, they had not shipped the product and I had nothing to return so it should have been a simple request by they had to go and ruin my experience with their rude behavior. Who blocks a customer for wanting to cancel an order? People should be free to change their minds.

Edit: As you can see from their response, they are rude and uncaring. I've taken my business elsewhere. Y'all aren't worth it.

I've ordered from PineTales twice now and find their pillows to be high quality. First, I ordered myself one because I had prior positive experience with buckwheat pillows. I just needed to be sure it was well covered and as dust-free as possible, as I had developed an allergy. So far, no issues there! My husband tried a number of pillows before being willing to agree mine was the best. He was ASKING me to get him one like mine. I also picked up a little round knee pillow and that's been easy to adjust to. Makes sleeping on my side even better! Who knew?

One of the worst customer service i have ever seen in my online shipping experience. They have fake reviews. I contacted them online and they never replied. I contacted them on etsy and they blocked my account. Then after weeks i received an email saying they can ship to my country. Their site also mentioned they can ship internationally. I am about the place my order and they say do not contact them anymore, they cannot ship to my account. If you cannot ship, why do you put worldwide shipping most rude customer service
