I recently took delivery of a refurbished Life Fitness recumbent cycle from Pinnacle Fitness and I cannot praise this company highly enough.
In terms of customer service, I contacted William and when he knew I needed the cycle as soon as possible for medical reasons he moved heaven and earth to achieve that. He sorted out a problem I had with my local delivery company and kept in touch throughout. I cannot fault the service at all.
The product itself is everything I wanted, it looks like new and works perfectly. It arrived securely on a pallet and even the delivery driver commented on how well packaged/protected it was. 5 star everything.
I would definitely buy from Pinnacle Fitness again.

I want to start this review by giving a huge thank you to Will. I purchased a Life Fitness Cross Trainer from Pinnacle Fitness to be delivered to my new Edinburgh home back in November 2023. I had very specific requirements and Will addressed them and ensured that it was delivered the day after we moved in. Now in a curveball of events, I unfortunately had to return the unit and approached Will, explaining my situation. He could not have been more accommodating. I definitely gave Will a challenging time in taking the machine back and for that I am sorry. Will is a testament to the company and a lovely human being to have worked with. I will no doubt need gym equipment again in the future and will only consider Pinnacle Fitness. Exemplary customer service! Thank you

I recently bought a refurbished Life Fitness Commercial Treadmill (95T Elevation Series) from Pinnacle Fitness. What a great product and company! For about ¼ of the purchase price of a new one (which can cost up to £20k), I got the equivalent of a brand new one in all measures. This is not a simple used product but a completely refurbished treadmill that looks and works like a new one. I could even choose my preferred frame colour in onyx black and LF stickers in silver. Now I get the luxurious workout feeling at home, which I usually only get in upmarket prestige gyms. The treadmill arrived perfectly packed and in superb conditions without any scratches. The customer service was absolutely great, too. Will was available for advice all the way from pre-sales discussions, keeping me up to date on progress of the refurbishment, delivery times as promised, and after-sales service such as configuration help, even spending time on the phone to guide me through the process. After two weeks of use, my family and I can confidently say that Pinnacle Fitness sold us a fantastic product that meets all expectations. For any future gym equipment purchase, Pinnacle Fitness will be one of my first choices. Thank you to Will and Pinnacle Fitness for a commendable customised product and service.

I recently decided to purchase a Concept 2 rower and with a significant investment required, this was not a decision I took lightly. For full transparency there were some issues over the order, but this is where Will at Pinnacle excelled. Life can throw you problems and I've always felt that its how you handle these problems, that shows what kind of person you are. As soon as the issues were raised, Will was on point to remedy any issues or questions I had. Often going far and above what would be expected from any retailer I have purchased from before.

I have no hesitation in recommending Will and his team at Pinnacle and will more than likely to return in the future if required

If you are looking for used but quality gym equipment this company is a fantastic supplier. I’ve purchased three pieces of kit from them at different times and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I had to have one piece arrive at a specific date and time and it was there exactly as promised, I had an issue (of my making) and they sorted out for me with no fuss at all. It was a genuinely positive experience. These occasional experiences restore your faith in human nature. SF.

We have just received a refurbished cable machine from Will at Pinnacle Fitness. The machine is in perfect condition, it is honestly like new in every way but price! Fantastic communication and service and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

Will has just kitted out our community gym in a remote rural area of North West Scotland. From our first contact at the planning stage Will has helped us to plan the equipment we needed and could afford. This project has taken almost a year to complete and the communication and patience of this company in dealing with our slow timetable was excellent. Today, it all came together and Will's team did an amazing job, were very professional and great ambassadors for his brand. They even offered me an even better layout than I had originally planned and it was a great improvement to my original idea. We were on a very tight budget and have been able to provide a professional standard facility with good as new equipment to a community who have nothing similar within 30 miles. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Can only echo everyone else's comments,Will is amazing to deal with, great communication, great service and good pricing. There was an issue with the delivery (some items forgotten) but Will fixed it immediately by getting the items on an overnight truck and delivered the next day at his expense. Great customer service and a a customer for life now!

Exceptional Service and Communication

Massive thank you to Will at Pinnacle Fitness. Really pleased with the equipment received and the manner that Will handled the delivery and installation of everything. Communication was brilliant throughout and for what was a complicated install, everything went smoothly, and nothing was too much trouble. I am generally not one for reviews. In July I purchased a Life Fitness cross trainer from Pinnacle Fitness. I made contact and spoke with Will, he was extremely helpful and I decided this was the item i was going to purchase. Will advised me exactly when the item was going to arrive. I had a minor problem with my purchase but Will sorted out the issue very quickly. Many thanks Will and the machine is brilliant.

Cannot recommend this company enough. I initially purchased a cross trainer from them and having being delighted with it I subsequently ordered a matching exercise bike. Will was in touch throughout the orders and gave me a second to none service. The bike has now arrived and I am equally happy with it !

I recently bought a refurbished treadmill which arrived fully serviced and freshly powder coated, along with a new belt.

It looks and feels like new - but for a fraction of the price.

Fantastic service from start to finish!

I'd like to praise Pinnacle Fitness for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I originally placed my order for a used pec.deck with Will who was very helpful, courteous and efficient. I was also impressed with the fact that the company replaced a cracked plastic panel with a new one. I was not expecting this as had accepted the used equipment in the condition it was advertised in. A nice touch from a company that clearly values highly it's customers! thank you. Transit of the equipment from Edinburgh to Exmouth in Devon was prompt. Upon delivery I found the equipment to be extremely well wrapped and firmly secured on a pallet, all very impressive. I have now got the pec deck in my chosen location at home and it looks fantastic!
I can't wait to use it. I shall have no hesitation in using Pinnacle Fitness again in the future should the need arise. Highly Recommended.

I recently bought a large functional trainer from Pinnacle that was a big investment for me. The kit is of superb quality and the customer service has been excellent from start to finish. Delivery and installation were quick too.
