MICHELLE
had a really positive experience with Michelle, my caseworker at PIP Help. She was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
Michelle was always responsive and supportive, making sure I understood each step and felt confident with my application. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and I truly felt like she was advocating for me.
I’m very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle and PIP Help to anyone needing support. Thank you for such excellent service!

I claimed for PIP and was not given…
I claimed for PIP and was not given enough points. I was a little disappointed so I contacted PIP HELP CIC and spoke to Dave. He put me in touch with Lynn who was very empathetic to my situation. Over the next 2 Years Lynn has listened to me and encouraged me to carry on when I wanted to give up. Lynns knowledge and experience around PIP is second to none. I went to tribunal and was very anxious but Lynn took control and her support was second to none. We won the tribunal and I can honestly say it’s due to Lynns hard work. I would recommend Lynn and her team to anyone who is struggling to be heard. Thank you all and keep up the good work!

I could not have won this appeal without Phil's help!
My Son lost his PIPs and we failed to get a change of mind from doing our own MR. I found a help page of FB and that's how I ended up using this amazing organisation. I was contacted by Phil and he guided me through everything. He would call me to discuss everything and ask me to write statements to cover certain bits. Instead of me panicking and not knowing what to cover, what to prove etc, he guided me and I just sent it all to him. He put the appeal together and submitted it. We didn't even have to go to tribunal as it was agreed to re-instate the PIP's back from when it stopped months ago. I am absolutely convinced we would not have won this appeal without Phil's help. They know what they are doing at this organisation and it is worth every penny to cover their costs.

Excellent
I first made contact on Facebook. I lost my pip on renewal and was absolutely devastated. Dave initially rang me to explain how they could help me, costs etc. l was then contacted by Maddie who was absolutely brilliant. I actually did the MR myself with Maddies help. Unfortunately the MR didn't change DWP'S disission. I then decided to go to Tribunal. Michelle then contacted me. She's my case worker. Well she was an absolute breath of fresh air. She took the stress and the unknown away. She took over and delt with the Tribunal submission. Michelle keeps in regular contact. Her advice and expertise are second to none. She so genuine and lovely. Easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease I was looking at a long drawn out processs for Tribunal. Could of been 2 years. Today (Sunday) I had a call from DWP to say they are reinstating my pip. Amazing news. So from Tribunal submission to DWP ringing me it was 6 weeks. Brilliant.Michelle's submission was excellent and they totally agreed with her points she made , I've been awarded indefinitely. I'm so happy and I'd definitely recommend using this company. The cost may be abit high but if you've lost your award you have nothing to lose. No win, no fee. Then when they win it for you, you have back pay and an award for years ahead. So I believe it's worth the payment.

An amazing service
I have found this service an amazing support in my PIP journey. After being refused at first application Jeremy guided me through MR and Tribunal. He gave me amazing support and advice and told me to never give up.
Without him I would never have got my award and I cannot thank him enough

Reassessment
David helped me with my original application which went to tribunal and I won enhanced rate on both aspects, David then helped me with my review and I’m pleased to say I’ve been awarded enhanced rate again, I honestly couldn’t have done it without David’s help, he’s is an absolute superstar

Very friendly and understanding
I spoke with Maddie after finding information on FB of all places. At first I was apprehensive, due to my condition and anxiety, but Maddie put me at ease straight away. She explained the process for the PIP assessment and what to expect during the assessment. This helped me get through the assessment in a calm manner, and I was able to answer the questions thoroughly rather than in a rushed panicked way. Maddie even explained my report to me after the assessment. Thanks again.

Amazing support and kindness
I found this support service amazing. So knowledgeable and kind. I really thought I wasn’t getting very far with my application but with the Support and understanding from Mel there has been a successful Appeal. I am so very grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use this support service again or recommend them to others struggling to get a fair result

Doing something emotive
Doing something emotive, like challenging a PIP award, can be scary and can be an anxious time.
My case was the same experience as others , however I had the most incredible case handler who looked after me all the way through the ordeal, supporting me with efficiency and her knowledge during the time we worked together on my case.
Her confidence in me ensured that I was well prepared for the tribunal and am delighted to confirm that the PIP decision was overturned
The name of the person who stepped up to help see me through is Julie Sohna and I would highly recommend her and the organisation she represent

Maddie was amazing
I spoke to Maddie who helped me with a Mandatory reconsideration for my PIP application back August.
She was so knowledgeable and guided me into what evidence and information I needed to complete.

I used PIP HELP after being turned down and only getting 2 points. Sandra helped me do a MR and then help when I went on to tribunal and ended up with high care and standard mobility. Lovely lady couldn't have done it with out her. Thank you

Annie was amazing from start to finish! Her expertise and guidance ensured I was able to navigate my application with ease, and which resulted in a successful claim. Great support - helping with PIPneed oh help
I received immediate response to asking for help via Facebook, being advised I had been added to the list for advice regarding change of circumstances for my Sons PIP claim. I had a nice friendly super knowledgeable phone call from Dave the next day, how helpful and clear his information was really was able to satisfy my mind with what I should do. He was able to work out my likelihood of increasing points under mobility/moving and planning and I quickly could see he was already achieving the correct points! He offered help for now and the future was friendly and professional and did know his topic!! Thank you Dave you do a great service for people like me and many others please if anyone needs support just ask for it. I found them on Facebook Pip Assessment Support Group and Pip help.
