This landlord regularly attempts to extract extra money from tenants through baseless fees, fabricates bogus claims/charges, and becomes outright hostile when challenged.
I am writing this review to warn potential tenants about my experience renting with this landlord.
Upon moving out, they unfairly withheld my deposit and fabricated multiple illegitimate claims to demand extra money from me, including claiming extra rent was owed for lack of notice, despite proper procedures being followed. They then refused to release my (sizeable) deposit & tried to charge me for 2 extra months rent.
I strongly advise anyone considering renting a property from them to look elsewhere and if you do, DOCUMENT EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION & PHOTOGRAPH EVERY ITEM at move-in if you have no choice.

the landlord and the owner of letting agent is the same person. that's the worst person I have met before. they wouldn't admit what their staff promised if something went wrong with their property.
