I had a very disappointing experience with Pisoria. Poor communication, unexpected charges, and unprofessional handling of property access. Cleaning standards were low, yet tenants were asked to pay excessive amounts without proper notice. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

I am currently renting a room that was advertised on Pisoria’s own website as having an “ensuite/private bathroom.” After moving in, I discovered that the bathroom shared with other tenants. This was never made clear before signing, and I only realised after arriving from overseas.
The room itself was not clean when I moved in (cobwebs, hair, fake eyelashes, mould, and damaged furniture), and despite raising these issues multiple times — and copying their maintenance team and staff directly — I have had no proper resolution or follow-up. I have since repeatedly asked for an amendment to my contract to insert a six month break clause which they refuse to do. They even tried to convince me that me that at the early surrender clause in the written contract is a (traditional mutual) break clause.
This all very disappointing as I approached the tenancy in good faith but clearly Pisoria's ad was the very least intentionally misleading and they lack integrity.

Had a great house-searching experience with Bernardo. It was myself and my friend looking for a 2/3 bed. As well as that, we were looking in a very specific area and with a very unique tenancy length. With all these criteria, Bernardo was still able to find many places that were within the area and for the tenancy length that we were looking for. Although we weren't able to rent with them due to personal reasons that came up, we still had a great time with them.
All-in-all, a solid experience.
Would highly recommend.

I'm writing to warn others about an unfortunate experience I had with Pisoria]. I lost a holding deposit of £250 due to what I see as their vague instructions. They asked for any adverse credit history to be disclosed before a reference check. Naturally, I informed Vouch, their appointed third-party for such checks. To my surprise, the agency didn't recognize this and decided to pocket the deposit, citing I should've informed them directly.

It cost me £250 to learn that Pisoria may not be as transparent or straightforward as one might hope. Proceed with caution and get every single detail clarified if you decide to engage with them.

My experience was effortless. From when I got to the viewing I was greeted with a warm welcome from Zak who showed me around the flat and gave me a list of pros and cons. I was sold just like that! The document process was user friendly and easy to get around. Highly recommended and Props to Zakaria Bouanod for his dedication!
