no answer going on 3rd day. tried to log in and get on the website but it wont let me

Very knowledgeable about what product would fit our needs.

Angel was knowledgeable, patient, professional and efficient in helping me with my daughter's insurance policy.

The application process was very good. And the email communications were prompt and clear. However, the welcome email with a link to my temporary password sent me to a page that would not accept my new password with a message that the link was invalid or expired, but it was only 24 hours old. The email also stated that if the link was bad to use the "Forgot Password?" link on the website, but there is no "Forgot Password?" link on that temporary password page. So, I called your customer service number listed on the page and the woman was helpful to tell me that the link should not be expired and forwarded me to the tech support line. That call was answered by a message that they could not help me and to leave a message. I received an email confirming they received my request. But there is no indication of how long this may take, and so I will wait.

They took the time to walk me through several options and never made me feel like I had to select the highest price or "top coverage". I was able to choose what was best for me and I know if I have any questions that I can contact them at any time.

Overall pleased with application experience with assistance of our broker. I did try yesterday evening to contact Pivot through email provided to add apartment number to address, and to also ask a question. No response yet. Tried to call today but automated message said in a meeting till certain time this afternoon, so will try again later. Second phone number tried listed on member ID care as "member helpline" went through to live person, but were not even familiar with Pivot, so that was confusing.

The agent was knowledgeable and asked me all right questions and gave me her recommendations. After careful consideration, I decided to go with her advice and picked a better plan.

Perfect plan with outstanding service!

We are in need of short term medical insurance and the plan provided for by Pivot is perfect for our family. The website was easy to navigate and the real, live customer service was outstanding!

For some reason, my application would not go through on Friday. My agent also tried to submit it and had the same difficulty. The pop up was not informative nor does it direct you to what needs to be fixed. On Monday, my agent was able to submit it.
