it was easy to sign up. I didn't like that it said my premium was $494, but then was billed $514 - did not give any explanation. Also, it's a 90-day plan, why not give the option to extend to 120-days up front?

Tonya Baker was the person I talk to. She was knowledgeable and courteous. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. I’m looking forward to doing business with her again!

This is by far one of the easiest and quickest ways to compare insurance plans. I honestly don’t like talking to agents just to compare prices. They designed the website to make it easy to view and compare different coverage options, and I’m glad I was able to find a plan that I needed for the short term. Thank you!

There seems to be more "catches" than coverage.
I'll hold my breath and hope for no claims the next 90 days.
Also, during the process of applying, there is no mention of my agent, and his contact information.

I like everything, but the fact that I can no longer pay for the policy in full and have to do monthly payments.

Better customer service, better relations with cigna and coordinating care. better help with reviewing claims and those claims being inputted timely not 6 months after the appt. Very disappointed in all aspects of dealing with Pivot. Bad business to have to threaten calls and complaints to MO Board of Insurance to ever getting any action, returned call, text or email.

The process was quick and easy to get short term health insurance for my husband and me. The price was the best I could find, and we had insurance the very next day. The goal is to not have to use it! :)

Sean Dray was referred to us via our community Facebook page by another family who highly recommended him. He was very prompt in returning emails, messages, and phone calls. Sean was available to answer questions and talk with throughout the whole process of choosing an insurance policy.
