The best short term pricing around! Also if you like your Doctor you can keep your doctor with these plans. Pivot has excellent customer service to walk you through their plans, pricing, and rules. The technology end and eSignature process was really easy and they are going to auto bill my credit card each month. Ten day take a look refund policy and then you can cancel anytime after 30 days. Very reasonable and I will recommend them to everyone!

The patience of Denia

Hello, We are sorry to hear you had this experience. When you enrolled you should have received a Welcome Email and Temporary Password Email to access the Member Portal. The Member Portal is available to access your policy documents and ID card. Your ID card listed the customer service phone number (844)630-7500 on the back of the ID card.
If you did not receive the emails to access your Member Portal. Please let us know and Pivot will have them regenerated.
Great all-around service!

Great that you offer child-only policies. A dropdown menu to help buyers "locate" a child-only option would be a huge benefit - it's not easily navigable as it currently is.
