Soft & cuddly hot water long bottle
I purchased a rainbow coloured long hot water bottle. It arrived on time and well packaged. It is brilliant! I have a need to ease pain in my neck, back and shoulder, particularly during the night. This hot water bottle gives me the relief I need, wrapping around my body just where I need it. It is so soft and cuddly, I love it.Also the price was good too. Recommend.

Attention aux frais de douane pour entrée dans Union Européenne
A savoir si vous commandez pour une expédition en France/ UE.
Pour un achat de 2 lampes /25,90 € j'ai eu 11,95 € de frais de port , ET SURPRISE car à payer à la réception! 15€ DE FRAIS DE DOUANE (20%TVA + frais de gestion. D'accord c'est dit dans les conditions générales de vente vers lesquelles te oie un lien m'a épondu ! mais aucun rappel/ mise en garde lors du processus d'une commande basique. Même si cela ne dépend pas d'eux, c'est très dommageable.
A part cela, le produit était conforme et a été rapidement livré . Ils répondent aussi très rapidement.

Comme vous avez passé votre commande auprès d'une société basée au Royaume-Uni, des frais de douane seront facturés. Les frais supplémentaires tels que les frais de douane ne sont pas ajoutés par nous, ils font partie du processus de passation d'une commande internationale et nous ne pouvons pas contrôler qui doit les payer. Nos pages de livraison indiquent clairement que les frais de douane ou les taxes doivent être payés par le destinataire et un lien vers cette page est disponible lors du paiement. Laisser un avis 1 étoile pour quelque chose qui est complètement hors de notre contrôle semble un peu injuste, en tant que petite entreprise, nous faisons de notre mieux pour offrir la meilleure expérience à nos clients.

As you placed your order from a UK based company, customs fees will be incurred. Additional fees such as customs fees are not added by us, they are part of the process of placing an international order and we cannot control who has to pay them. To leave a 1 star review for something that is completely out of our control feels a little unfair, as a small business we do our best to offer the best experience for our customers.
