A good product backed up with excellent service

Great quality, great ethics and great customer service.
I always get a little bit excited when I pull one of their t-shirts out of my drawer. I am aware of how sad that makes me but I'm owning it.

Good customer service, great ethics, great quality t-shirts. I ordered the wrong size for my partner, returned and reordered when more stock came in. Happy with the product and the service.

I find it really hard to find simple t shirts that fit well and aren’t super thin fabric that wears quickly. When I stumbled across plain and simple I took the plunge and ordered their premium weight t shirt and now they’re honestly the only t shirt I buy.

The ethical benefits are great and I love the fact that when the t shirt does eventually wear (I’ve had my current ones for over a year and they’re showing no sign of this!) I can send it back in to be re-made and receive a discount on a new one!

Super impressed and their customer services are really prompt to reply to emails if you ever have any issues!

The tee shirts were excellent quality and they will last for years but the best part is that the collars don't sag after a couple of hours would highly recommend.

Nice shirts, I wanted to find shirts that aren’t see-through for work, but they’re see-through, which isn’t great so I have to wear two shirts on-top of Eachother, but the material is amazing

I liked the material. I found thedesign a bit boxy and shapeless, and the length of the t shirt was only just long enough. It could have done withan extra half an inch, maybe even an inch. Which is a shame, because the company sound great, and , like isaid the material is great.

Just received my first order and I am very pleased. Tee shirt is great quality and fit and customer service was excellent. I shall defiantly be ordering more.

The sizes seem generous, so t shirts seem a bit baggy and shapeless... not really a complaint as I have bought other brand "tailored" cut t shirts before but material was so thin ; neck so limp that they were an embarrassment to wear.

Great quality and amazing ethos! I started off with one but have grown my collection because of how impressed I was.

Wish I could leave 0. A terrible company which body shame their customers. Disgusted with the service received. Also T-shirts are rubbish quality so not worth the bother.

Excellent tees, would happily replace my whole wardrobe with them. Great cut and very well made, cannot recommend enough. CS also very quick at responding.

Great quality and fit and due to the Royal Mail strike I was sent a replacement with special delivery as the original parcel seemed to be lost. I ended up with 4 t-shirts and they were happy for me to keep them. Clearly, a company that is customer driven and with strong customer service. Will buy it again (white this time :) ).
