I have to say, I rarely write reviews, but the customer service this company gave was incredible. I ordered some t-shirts as a Christmas gift last year but, due to Royal Mail's strike, there was a delivery delay and I was concerned they wouldn't arrive in time. As the purchase was a gift, the company founder so very kindly sent some more t-shirts via special delivery which did arrive on time! And not only that, he advised that I could keep the original package once it arrived! I was so touched and I cannot recommend PLAINANDSIMPLE enough....I'm just so sorry I've taken so long to leave a review.

Best sweatshirt ever !!! I am so glad I have the opportunity to give feedback on this item as it is simply the best sweatshirt I have ever bought ! Everything about it is perfect … price, colour, style, neckline, the way it washes. Love it so much I bought two !!! Thank-you.

Easy to order, great product quality.

New customer, order paid for and then received email saying that I could get 10% 'off first order! Pointed out to P&S who responded immediately and refunded 10% of price. I like that sort of response.

I love the idea behind this company so I bought several premium weight black t shirts for £19 each (Order PS8135) expecting them to be a much better quality than what you can get elsewhere for less than half the price. The claimed premium cotton is not that much different to what you can get in M&S for £6 and the M&S ones are a better fit. It’s also worth pointing out that it takes nearly 2 weeks to receive a refund from the date they receive the returned order. You have to do better guys as there’s to much competition to get this wrong. I’d never buy again.

T-shirts were delivered extremely fast, just in time before my trip. I have to mention that I was glad to see compostable packaging and the high-quality T-shirts inside. At this point, I have been using them for approximately a month and want to say DO NOT BUY THEM, as you will not be able to take them off—THEY ARE TOO COMFY

Long-sleeved Plain white slightly oversized t shirt was just wanted. Neck was slightly high but otherwise good

Very good quality clothing that is a pleasure to wear. People I know have commented on the obvious quality and are very interested in where to got it.

Great quality and good fit.

Quite simply these are the best t-shirts I've ever owned. The 2 I bought a couple of years ago are still going strong. Wash after wash, wear after wear. I've just got a sweat and the quality is equally superb. I cannot recommend highly enough. Cheers!

Bought the joggers from PLAINANDSIMPLE as I was really wanting some ethically and sustainable made joggers that were soft and I loved the vibe of the company. The h=joggers were the stiffest things I have ever tried on, I followed the size guide and the large was still tight for me - not at all relaxed. They fit so odd! If you dont have hips or a bum - you'll be fine! Not made for hourglass figures with thighs. Tried on and had them on my body for about 0.8 seconds and immediatley took them off. I dont know who signed off on saying these are super soft. If you are tall as well you've got no chance, length wise they fit me great but im only 5"3. Maybe their other stuff is better, but tat that price, not willing to try.

Fantastic clothes. I was really impressed that it's 100% biodegradable. Very friendly helpful staff.

I ordered with guaranteed next-day delivery on a Wednesday, to be extra sure I would receive the goods before leaving for a holiday on Saturday morning. The goods eventually arrived on Saturday afternoon (too late) due to issues with the courier, which I wasn't made aware of and had to chase customer services about. A positive was that the postage was refunded, but I went without the order!

Perfect white t shirt at low cost

Order the T-shirt, received, after measuring myself the T-shirt didn't fit as expected, also not convinced about the quality of the T-shirt, send back. Spent 6 pounds in delivery for a t-shirt didn't buy.
Pity, because i could have buy 3-4 but after losing 6 pounds for trying it and losing it, i better try them on a shop

The best and ONLY Tee's I ever wear. Great quality, great customer service and I really align with the ethos of the company. The only problem I have with giving them 5 stars....is I'd rather give them 6!
