Very fast delivery, my item arrived safely within 2 days. I love my bag! I also appreciate the quick replies and friendly customer service. Plamen replied to my questions about Chanel in general too, not just regarding the product I ordered, showing good knowledge of vintage curation. This was my 3rd time ordering from Plamexs and I think wouldn't be the last.
