This is my second order and I am soooo happy with my purchase. The bag is exactly as describe and Plamexs team has been very helpfully answering my question and sending me extra pictures. Great quality and super fast shipping
I ordered a bag and it arrived 2 days later. The customer support was super helpful when I asked for another discount code as the one that I was trying to use didn’t work. The bag is great quality exactly as described on the site. My first pre-loved bag, but I would like to get another one from Plamex, as I feel like I could definitely trust the authenticity of the products offered by them.
