Amazing experience – even better than expected!
This was my second purchase from Plamex and once again, I’m absolutely satisfied. The handbag arrived quickly and its condition was even better than shown in the photos. I really appreciate that they point out every small detail – nothing is hidden, and the reality often exceeds expectations. Their customer service is excellent, with fast and friendly communication. Overall GOOD
DHL said they attempted delivery but when I called they confirmed they actually didn't have time that day. PLAMXS was good but my experience with DHL isn't the best. The bag was beautiful but there was a lot more rubbing and scratches than seen in the photo
