The doughnuts tasted great, they were very fresh! There was a problem with the delivery and even though it wasn't their fault they were quick to handle the situation so that we didn't miss out as customers. We would definitely order from them again. Thanks so much.

Bought a vegan box for my birthday and love these doughnuts. So far our favourites are the Mango and Mocha 😋 although we still have some more to try. Delivery was really quick and received 9am the following day after ordering which was great.

The doughnuts arrived safely, fresh, well wrapped and in perfect condition in under 24 hours from despatch. They were absolutely delicious and the whole process was seamless. Will definitely order again.

Fantastic donuts! Great customer service. They got our donuts to our wedding on time and tasting so great. All the guests commented on how yummy there were! And they met with the Groom seal of approval, who is donut obsessed !!!! Highly recommend!

Overpriced For what you get. You could easily and I wish I did get much more for so much less other places. Even Tesco, Asda doughnuts are so much better and cheaper but they also taste better. Really wish I could un spend the money I wasted.

I wanted a box of mixed doughnuts for a 15th birthday, delivered to the north of Scotland, they came beautifully packaged on time with a detailed list of allergens, 3 kids carry Epipens so I needed to know. Was above expectations.

Planet Doughnut make the best doughnuts, the flavours are delicious and well filled. The non filled ones are also amazing. We don’t have them regularly but I honestly don’t think I ever been disappointed with what I’ve ordered or bought from Sale makers market.

I first tried planet doughnuts at Colchester zoo for a fright night and I was so excited that there was actually a vegan doughnut and it tasted amazing. So when they announced that there was a vegan order box, I was so excited. It did not disappoint with so many different flavours to try! This is definitely going to be my go to family events and having friends over. I’m hoping in the future they may do a box of normal sized doughnuts that you can order in a small quantity because there was too many for me and my partner to eat even though we did try because they were so tasty!!
They also even had a dog friendly biscuit doughnut that I could add onto my order for my dog to this was a great addition to my order. He loved it thank you so much.

Excellent personal service! When I made a mistake with my online order (a gift), I sent a hopeful (not not optimistic) email to try and get it corrected. Not only did I receive a positive and prompt reply, confirming the order had been corrected, but they also went the extra mile and put a handwritten note into the delivery box to inform the recipient of the order change. Amazing!

Have bought many times from this company as love their doughnuts.
This time I ordered 2 doggy biscuits for our dogs birthday.
Only 1 arrived, emailed them twice now with no response
Think you've grown a bit too much now if you can't provide good customer service!
