Resposta da Planet Tiles
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our system can sometimes take a short amount of time to update when stock is sold, so in rare cases—if two customers place an order for the same item within minutes—it can allow both orders to be processed.
This is very unusual and something we're actively working to fix. As soon as we spotted the issue, we contacted you immediately and issued a full refund. We do genuinely apologise for the disruption this caused to your project.
Many thanks,
Planet Tiles

Resposta da Planet Tiles
Hi,
Thanks so much for your feedback—we’re really glad you’re happy with the quality of the tiles! We completely understand your thoughts on the delivery charge. We use third-party couriers, and the cost is based on the weight and fragility of the tiles, so it can be a bit higher than expected. It’s not a charge we set ourselves, but we always aim to make sure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Many thanks,
Planet Tiles

Consider delivery options for flexibility/physical impairments etc
Love the tiles and the purchasing experience was simple so all good :-) I don't think it's very cool that you only gave a kerbside delivery option - there is a perfectly easy delivery alleyway behind my house but the delivery chap told me he'd been told he wasn't allowed to go round to that road because the walk was too long. Which meant that on my own (with arthritic wrists) I had to carry an entire pallet of tiles up 2 flights of stairs from the main road which did make me have a little cry by the last box!

Hi Jan,
Thank you for your feedback. We're really pleased you love the tiles and found the purchasing process simple, but we’re genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulty you faced with the delivery, and don't want any of our customers to cry!
To explain, our website does state that larger orders are delivered kerbside because we use external couriers who have set rules to follow. That said, we completely understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we never want any of our customers to struggle. If you decide to place another order in the future, please don’t hesitate to give us a call, if you explain the situation to our team we’ll always do everything we can to work with our delivery partners to make things easier for you.
Many thanks,
Planet Tiles

I had a fantastic experience ordering…
I had a fantastic experience ordering my bathroom tiles from Planet Tiles! I wasn’t sure what would work best in my space, so I sent in a moodboard request along with details of my chosen bathroom suite and fixtures. They came back with some great options, and I ordered samples, which arrived really quickly. After deciding on the perfect tile, I placed my order and got a delivery date of the 3rd. I couldn’t take the delivery that day, so I called, and a very helpful gentleman rearranged it for the 4th, when I’d be home. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely order from them again!
